Founded in 1999 by Alice Preston, Camelot Classic Cars Inc. is dedicated to making parts and providing information for Excalibur Automobiles worldwide. For 26 years, Camelot operated as a repair shop and sales outlet for these vehicles. However, as of 2024, repair operations ceased due to a shortage of experienced technicians and my advancing age. Despite this change, Camelot continues to offer custom and modified parts for Excalibur cars globally. Instructional books and parts catalogs are also produced and distributed.

Ecurie Excalibur LLC was established in 2004 by Alice Preston. The company serves as the holding entity for all intellectual property, auto parts molds, and records related to automobiles manufactured by Excalibur Automobile Corp. Ecurie Excalibur does not generate any income, nor does it conduct business activities that produce revenue. All assets held by the company were transferred to it by Alice Preston following her acquisition of the rights to Excalibur Automobile Corp in 2000 and 2001. In return for these contributions, Camelot Classic Cars Inc. is granted permission to utilize all trademarks, paperwork, prints, and molds for business purposes at no cost. Alice Preston continues to fund and maintain the trademarks and patents associated with Ecurie Excalibur LLC.

This sale will include all parts and machinery owned by Camelot. The objective is to find a successor who will continue supporting the Excalibur community. I am seeking a reasonable offer for both companies, acknowledging that the value may not match past expectations and appraisals. All critical trademarks are up to date, and I am committed to staying involved to provide guidance and support during the transition period if asked.
